From a Pennsylvania pipe manufacturer in 1899 to ten operating companies across sixteen countries in 2026.
Three platforms, each home to businesses that lead in what they make.
TouchPoint operates three platforms — Access Hardware, Intelligent Inventory Management, and Medical Technology. We seek bolt-on acquisitions for the platforms we already run, and we occasionally acquire a business that can serve as the anchor of a new one.
- 01Access HardwareEngineered latches, hinges, handles, fasteners, and electronic access solutions specified by OEMs across aerospace, automotive, rail, data center, medical, and heavy-equipment markets. The Access Hardware platform is anchored by Southco, founded in Concordville, Pennsylvania in 1899 and today operating 16 facilities across 10 countries. Darshana Industries, acquired by Southco in 2022 for approximately $50M, adds a Pune, India manufacturing footprint and the leading position in Indian OEM access hardware.
- 02Intelligent Inventory ManagementAutomated inventory management, electronic key and asset control, and mobile powered workstations deployed across manufacturing, distribution, corrections, hospitality, and data center operations.SupplyPoint anchored the platform when TouchPoint acquired it in January 2013, operating from Rugby UK with additional sites in Durham NC and Shanghai. Morse Watchmans (founded 1882, acquired December 2021) brought the KeyWatcher category it invented with US patent 6,431,438. Newcastle Systems joined in April 2025, adding Amazon, Ross Stores, and Karl Storz to the platform's customer base.
- 03Medical TechnologyMedical carts, medication management systems, and mounting hardware certified to IEC 60601-1, ISO 13485, CE, and FDA, deployed in more than 70 countries. The platform was formed in June 2016 when TouchPoint acquired the Healthcare Technology business of InterMetro Industries, folding in AccessPoint carts, medDispense automated dispensing cabinets, and MetroMount wall systems. Five companies operate on the platform today: TouchPoint Medical (Odessa FL), iTD (Johanniskirchen, Germany), ICW / AccessMount (originally Medford, Oregon), Parity Medical (Wirral, UK), and Multix Solutions (Mariano Comense, Italy).
Thirty facilities across sixteen countries, distributing into nearly a hundred more.
Every mark is a real building — manufacturing plant, regional headquarters, sales and engineering office, or distribution hub.
Engineered into the equipment of the world’s most demanding industrial buyers.
From aerospace and automotive to medtech and energy, the companies on the TouchPoint platform sit inside the products of brands like these.
